Well. It’s been a year! Quite. The. Year.
It’s been many things, the old ‘21. For many of us it’s been exhausting and draining. We need some rest and recovery.
But first….
We'll be letting go this New Year period, no doubt. We've earned it, by gum!
A glass of pinot gris, hmmm yes please! A frothy? Oh, OK! A cocktail? If I must!
The thing is though, no-one enjoys the next-day feeling. You’re sluggish, your gut is doing tumble-turns and you're ironically dehydrated despite the drinking. To make things worse, the older we get, the longer it takes to recover. Errrgh.
If only there was a simple way to supercharge our recovery! Well, funnily enough, there is. And it’s as easy as F.H.C.
FHC is fulvic humic concentrate is one of our best-selling and best-loved Love Your Gut products. It’s a liquid concentrate made from the mineral Leonardite and contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and even plant nutrients. These FHC elements play an important role in healthy metabolism and recycling of metabolic wastes. All good, so far.
FHC is renowned in health circles for its many health and gut health benefits. It’s also known for its ability to metabolise alcohol. It helps your gut process, disperse and rid itself of alcohol. Actually, it helps rid your body of all the ‘bad stuff’. Now, that’s something we can get behind.
How to add FHC
It’s simple, really. Take the small FHC bottle with you on your day or night out. Add one to two drops per drink. Supercharged Food’s FHC is basically tasteless and dissolves easily so you won’t even know it’s there. But your gut will. And it’ll be very grateful.
Supercharge your water everyday
Lee Holmes, clinical nutritionist and Founder of Supercharged Food, says "The idea of adding a few drops of FHC to alcoholic drinks was passed onto me through the Supercharged Food community. As a non-drinker, I had to take their word for it but it makes sense for the gut-loving minerals in FHC to help in alcohol recovery. It’s in the gut that alcohol is processed and distributed.”
