Yes. Our vanilla and chocolate protein powders are considered low FODMAP:
Organic and fermented pea protein: Peas are low FODMAP in the daily dose/serving. Please do not exceed the daily dose. Fermented forms are better tolerated than non-fermented.
Organic raw cacao: Cocoa/cacao is low FODMAP.
Organic beetroot: Beets/beetroots are low FODMAP in servings of up to 1 cup. Our servings are well below this.
Natural chocolate flavor: Our natural chocolate flavour is low FODMAP.
Digestive enzymes: Enzymes are low FODMAP.
Monk fruit: Our Monk fruit is low FODMAP.
